Description
The atmosphere of the furnace is made of ionized ammonia based on the Oxykan catalytic element. This significantly reduces the reaction chemical diffusion processes and increases the fraction of solid-solution diffusion during the transition of nitrogen from the gaseous medium to iron (steel). The nitriding process in an electric furnace is carried out in a welded heat-resistant sealed retort suspended inside the furnace. The furnace lining is made of lightweight fireclay bricks and fibrous insulation.
Restrictions
Rotorprom provides alloy nitriding services only if these alloys are included in the internal program for heat treatment of alloys.
